You can get involved with the Self-Management Program by hosting a Choices and Changes workshop at your organization.
Hosting a workshop is simple, we supply the following:
- Promotion and registration support
- Program materials
- Delivery of the Choices and Changes workshop by an Institute for Healthcare Communication Faculty member
- Mentorship sessions tailored to the group, these include: small group discussion, online group discussion and self evaluation
- Online and print newsletters
What we need from you:
- Free space that is accessible and accommodates up to 20 people
- Tables and chairs
- Parking nearby
- Internet access
