The BAP workshop introduces a highly structured, client-centered, and evidence-informed self management support tool that is based on the principles and practices of Motivational Interviewing.
It can be used to help clinicians in diverse settings to build patient self-efficacy for healthy behavior and to encourage people to set their own goals to self manage their chronic illness and adopt healthier behaviors.
